Construction Opportunities

Our project will create more than 2,500 construction positions prioritizing local hiring. We’re working with general contractors and trade partners to ensure consistent opportunities throughout the build.

Permanent Positions

Upon completion, our campus will employ 50+ full-time Vantage professionals in roles, including:

• Critical facilities engineers and technicians

• Security and operations specialists

• Administrative and management positions

Training & Development

Through partnerships with local educational institutions and workforce development organizations, we’re investing in training programs that prepare workers for high-growth careers in data center operations and emerging technologies.
